I purchased a medium. For reference, my weight is about 145. So with that in mind, I think it hides the flaws well and looks flattering. I ordered another one. I love the material and it seems to hold in the belly quite nicely.

Love the comfort and feel. The color is also gorgeous! The sizing was perfect. I don't like things to be too fitting, as the mood was to look feminine not too loose. Material is not too thin but not thick. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 145-150,ordered an XL
